Christine Draper
VP of Clinical Services
Christine Draper, MS, BCBA is the VP of Clinical Services of The NEEDS Center. Christine is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Christine has a BA in Psychology from Plymouth State University and a MS in Counseling and Psychological Services from Salem State University. Christine has worked in the field of developmental disabilities for the past 20 years. During this time, she has had positions of increasing responsibility primarily with The May Institute, AMEGO Inc., and as an independent consultant. Christine began her career at McLean Hospital working with adults with dual diagnosis. Christine has overseen and implemented in-home supports for children with autism and other developmental disabilities, provided clinical support to adults with developmental disabilities in day and residential settings and specializes in providing services and supports to individuals with extreme challenging behavior. Christine has published several scholarly articles on services for individuals with developmental disabilities, and psychiatric disabilities.
