Kathleen Charochak
Director of Clinical Services
Kathleen Charochak, M.Ed, BCBA, LABA is a Director of Clinical Services of The NEEDS Center. Kathleen has a BS in Early Childhood Education with additional coursework in Special Education from Bridgewater State University, and a M.Ed in Learning, Teaching, and Educational Transformation with a concentration on Applied Behavior Analysis. She is a licensed teacher, in both Special Education and Early Childhood Education, as well as a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Kathleen has worked in the field of developmental disabilities since 2011 when she began her career in the Special Education department of Everett Public Schools providing behavioral supports and academic interventions for students with autism and other developmental disabilities. She has been implementing in-home supports to children with autism and other developmental disabilities since 2011 and has been overseeing in-home supports and consulting with schools since 2016.
